Innovators 6/7/8 3-D Printing Prep

3-D printing is at the forefront of innovation and the maker movement.  The ability to rapidly prototype an idea through 3-D printing is allowing students to bring their designs and dreams to fruition.  there is however a learning curve to all technology and the 3-D printer is no exception.  The use of a design and modeling program is necessary for the designs to be rendered by the printer.  Tinkercad is one such program that allows the user to create objects that can be 3-D printed.  This will be the program that we will utilize to print our prototypes.  Click on the link and sign up for a free account.
